Banana, Papaya & Spinach Smoothie

I adore starting my days with a cup of tea and a fruit and vegetable smoothie. There’s something deeply nourishing and refreshing about hydrating and feeding myself simultaneously… and no, you can’t taste the spinach!

I usually make enough for breakfast and a morning or afternoon snack to keep things easy and make sure I always have healthy options on hand.
