Nutrition is Essential for Functionality

Healthy fat intake keep my brain working, mood stable, skin healthy and cycle regular.

Protein isn’t optional, it’s vital!

If my body is craving something (salt, healthy fats, unrefined carbs)- listen to it!

Adequate hydration and salt intake keeps my blood pressure stable.

Regretting something you’ve already eaten is pointless! It’s done, move on, thank it for it’s nutrition and use it.


Gut Health Supports Wellbeing

Daily kefir + ferments are a must for feeling the best

Smaller more regular meals feel better than large ones!

Pair fruit with fats/carbs to help digestion

Be mindful of onion/garlic/chilli consumption when stressed

Too many nuts upset my tummy! (even if they make my mouth happy)
