Smooshed Raspberry Frozen Yoghurt

Want an almost instant ice cream alternative made from fridge/freezer staples? This is the one! It takes mere moments of fun smooshing and the red ripples of creamy goodness taste divine.

… and oil on frozen yoghurt?? oh, YES please! obviously it’s optional if you’re not keen but I strongly recommend it!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Raspberries

  • ¾ cup (188ml) Greek Yoghurt - feed your gut bacteria!

  • 1 tsp Styrian Oil (roast pumpkin seed oil)

Method

  1. Remove Raspberries from freezer

  2. Let stand for 3 mins

  3. Combine with Greek Yoghurt in a bowl

  4. Mash together with a fork

  5. Drizzle with Styrian Oil

  6. Enjoy immediately!

Tips

  • Tips- let the raspberries sit out for a little to get the perfect consistency

  • Variations- switch up the frozen fruit! I like raspberries best but strawberries, blueberries, mixed berries would be great too! (I’d avoid frozen pineapple or mango though)

  • Serving suggestions- serve alone or with roast nuts/seeds, do not refreeze!
