This deliciously creamy kefir fruit soft serve has the perfect zing to balance the fruit and keep any sugar cravings at bay.

Equipment - Blender

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries

  • 2 small/1 large frozen banana

  • 1 cup (250ml) Kefir to feed your healthy gut bacteria (or Greek Yoghurt if you’re not keen)

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Enjoy immediately!

Tips

  • Tips- make sure your kefir is made with whole milk and refrigerated for a creamy texture

  • Variations- any variation of frozen fruit, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, mango, pineapple, paw paw

  • Serving suggestions- top with roasted nuts/seeds, toasted coconut, grated dark chocolate

  • Store- do not refreeze (the texture won’t be the same)
