This deliciously creamy kefir fruit soft serve has the perfect zing to balance the fruit and keep any sugar cravings at bay.

Equipment - Blender
Ingredients
2 cups frozen mixed berries
2 small/1 large frozen banana
1 cup (250ml) Kefir to feed your healthy gut bacteria (or Greek Yoghurt if you’re not keen)
Method
Combine all ingredients in blender
Blend until smooth
Enjoy immediately!
Tips
Tips- make sure your kefir is made with whole milk and refrigerated for a creamy texture
Variations- any variation of frozen fruit, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, mango, pineapple, paw paw
Serving suggestions- top with roasted nuts/seeds, toasted coconut, grated dark chocolate
Store- do not refreeze (the texture won’t be the same)
