Blueberry Chia Jam
This Blueberry Chia Jam is a THICK delicious, not too sweet, spreadable (or spoonable) that is divine on toast, scones, swirled through oatmeal, in a smoothie or as a sundae ingredient. I often combine it with Greek Yoghurt or Coconut Tofu Cream which is heavenly.
Texture wise it’s up to you, I like it smooth but if you want some whole blueberries and chia seeds just hold some back before blending then mix them through!

Serving suggestions - smoothies, sundaes, on toast/scones, stirred through oatmeal, as a recipe ingredient
Store refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 4 days; I suspect it would freeze ok but it doesn’t last long enough for me to check!
