Blueberry, Lettuce & Kefir Smoothie
Today’s edition of the Daily Kefir Smoothie is a sweet Blueberry and Lettuce version. (I promise, you don’t taste the greens!)
I start almost every day with Kefir, it has been wildly beneficial for my gut and mental health so the affection I hold for it is multi-level.
I usually make a smoothie with some form of frozen fruit (berries, banana, mango, pineapple etc) and greens of some variety (spinach, lettuce, cucumber, kale etc) so stay tuned for many variations!
