Tamari Pepitas

I have a deep love for pepitas, they’re my favourite seed and delightfully nutrient dense.

I always have some natural Roast Pepitas in the cupboard (because they go with literally everything, sweet or savoury) but these Tamari Pepitas come a close second!

They are just the salty little crunch that dishes need to level up. Sprinkled on a salad, topping a soup, mixed through some grains etc You won’t regret trying them!

Makes 8 Serves

Cook Time - 17 mins

Equipment - Oven/Airfryer

Method

  1. Line baking tray, for easy clean up

  2. Preheat oven to 200c
